NEW YORK (AP) — The New York Mets have given Chipper Jones a piece of artwork to honor the Atlanta star on his final trip to their ballpark.

The Mets paid tribute to the retiring 40-year-old slugger before Friday night’s game at Citi Field.

Jones was a longtime Mets nemesis. The 3-D art portrays Shea Stadium, where Jones did most of his damage against the Mets.

Jones says he isn’t sure what kind of reaction he’ll get from Mets fans this weekend. The New York crowds have booed him in the past and also chanted “Lar-ry, Lar-ry” in reference to his actual first name.

Asked what he would think about Chipper Jones if he were a Mets fan, he smiled and said: “I would respect the body of work, but I would hate his guts.”
