Johnson playing for Bills; Keller in for Jets

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson is active for the team’s season-opening game against the New York Jets after being questionable because of a groin injury.

Johnson missed practice Thursday and was limited Friday after tweaking his groin Wednesday.

Among the Bills’ inactives were: quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, wide receiver T.J. Graham, safety Delano Howell, defensive end Kyle Moore, linebacker Kirk Morrison, offensive tackle Sam Young and center Colin Brown.

Jets defensive tackle Sione Po’uha is out after missing the preseason with a sore back, but tight end Dustin Keller was set to play after missing time with an injured right hamstring.

Also inactive for New York were safety Eric Smith, defensive lineman Damon Harrison, offensive linemen Caleb Schlauderaff and Dennis Landolt, wide receiver Clyde Gates and quarterback Greg McElroy.
