Letter: Unbecoming behavior for high office

The Columbian
Published: September 10, 2012, 5:00pm

The story “White House releases recipes of two beers” on page A2 of the Sept. 2 issue tells it all. It shows a picture of President Obama drinking beer and then goes on to relate how he is brewing beer in the White House.

The country’s state of affairs shows why it is a bad habit to consume alcohol when there is important business to attend. It’s bad enough to drink it, but to also waste time brewing it.
