Letter: Give your support to Inslee

The Columbian
Published: September 14, 2012, 5:00pm

I would like to urge voters across Washington state to give their support to Jay Inslee for governor. Inslee has a cohesive jobs plan that will bring our state to the forefront of the clean energy market. He’s going to put education first and ensure that all Washingtonians have access to affordable health care. His opponent sued the federal government in an attempt to gut the Affordable Care Act and allow corporations to discriminate against those with pre-existing conditions.

As a congressman, Inslee was one of the few who stood up against his own party and voted against the Iraq War. Inslee deserves our vote for governor.
