FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — Chase Cartwright and Jordan Perry threw two touchdown passes apiece, Zach Bauman and Casey Jahn each added two more, and Northern Arizona picked up where it left off Saturday, blowing out Fort Lewis 69-0 in NAU’s home opener.

Bauman, who led the Lumberjacks (2-1) with 136 yards rushing, scored on a 75-yard run on NAU’s first play from scrimmage and a 26-yarder later in the first quarter. In the second, Cartwright found Ify Umodu and Covaughn DeBoskie-Johnson for scores before giving way to Perry, who threw another TD to DeBoskie-Johnson for a 48-0 halftime lead.

Umodu caught another TD pass from Perry in the third quarter before Jahn, who ran for 111 yards, got his two scores. Austin Shanks added a 74-yard punt return for a touchdown.

The Lumberjacks, after beating Football Bowl Subdivision team UNLV last week, held the Division II Skyhawks (0-2) to 122 yards of total offense.
