The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce is offering a free, two-hour seminar, “The Five Winning Marketing Strategies for Clark County Businesses,” to be held from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Sept. 26, at 1101 Broadway, Suite 100 in downtown Vancouver.

The seminar, developed by the chamber and Veronika Noize, managing director of DIY Marketing Center, is based on a report on small-business survival by Washington state government agencies, including the Commerce Department, Employment Security Department, Labor & Industries and Revenue.
