R.A. Long 34, Washougal 31

Jacob Yordy scored on a 4-yard touchdown run — his fourth touchdown of the fourth quarter — with one minute to go to lift R.A. Long to win in a 2A GSHL game in Washougal.

Austin Tofell’s 1-yard run in the third quarter gave Washougal a 23-6 advantage. But R.A. Long rallied with Yordy scoring on runs of 4, 17 and 27 yards to give R.A. Long at 27-23 lead in the fourth quarter.

Washougal reclaimed the lead on Bobby Jacob’s 1-yard TD run with about three minutes to play.

Jacobs finished with 154 yards on 20 carries and scored two touchdowns.
