MARTIN, Tenn. (AP) — T.J. Pryor rallied Eastern Kentucky with two fourth-quarter touchdown passes, helping the Colonels beat Ohio Valley Conference foe Tennessee Martin 28-16 Saturday.

Pryor finished 12 of 26 with 211 passing yards and three touchdowns.

With Eastern Kentucky (4-1, 2-0) trailing 16-7 late in the third quarter, backup quarterback Jared McClain completed a 25-yard touchdown pass to Tyrone Goard, cutting the deficit to 16-14. Goard led receivers with seven catches for 175 yards and four touchdowns.

Tenn Martin (3-2, 1-1) struggled moving the ball, scoring just three points in the second half.

Entering the fourth quarter trailing by two, the Colonels struck with 8:57 left in the fourth when Pryor connected on a 78-yard pass to Goard for the go-ahead score, 21-16.

After the Colonels defense stopped the Skyhawks on four straight plays and forced a turnover on downs, Pryor’s 27-yard touchdown pass to Goard sealed the victory for Eastern Kentucky.
