PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks is inactive for Sunday night’s game at Philadelphia.

Nicks misses his second straight game since injuring his foot and knee in a 10-catch, 199-yard performance against Tampa Bay on Sept. 16. Domenik Hixon starts in his place.

New York is also missing starting right tackle David Diehl (knee). Sean Locklear moves from the left side to take his place. Will Beatty starts at left tackle.

The Eagles are missing two starters: left tackle King Dunlap (hamstring) and linebacker Akeem Jordan (hamstring). Demetress Bell starts his second straight game for Dunlap, and Jamar Chaney takes Jordan’s spot.

Wide receiver Riley Cooper (collarbone) and safety Colt Anderson (knee) are among Philadelphia’s other inactives.
