Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Diane Moore has leased 1,500 square feet of office space for a counseling business at Fieldstone Office Park, 11105 N.E. 14th St., Suite B, Vancouver. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Jill Lutz of Real Living, The Real Estate Group represented the tenant.

Eurotech Inc., a software and technology company, has subleased 627 square feet of rentable space in the Webber Building, 400 Columbia St., Suite 160, Vancouver, from Kramer Gehlen & Associates. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the sublessor and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the sublessee.

Herontide LLC, investors, has purchased One Lake Place Condominiums, a 60-unit complex at 5264 N.E. 121st Ave., Vancouver, from Turnaround Inc. The purchase price was $4,200,000. Charlie Kleier and Sierk Braam of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller and Todd Locker of Marketplace Brokerage represented the buyer.

Keys to Advancement, a non-profit group, has leased 735 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 221, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Trevor Sosky of Keller Williams Commercial represented the tenant.

Matthew Janik, owner of a website and marketing firm, has subleased 588 square feet of space at 14208 N.W. Third Court, Suite 110, Vancouver, from Pacific Cascade Parking Equipment Corp. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented both parties.
