Keep Portland Weird

We came across this gathering at Pioneer Square on Sunday morning in downtown Portland. As everyone knows, Portland loves to be weird. Now that’s not a bad thing mind you just, ah, different. If anyone knows what the heck was going on here please let us know. Even if you don’t but would like to make something up, hey, it’s Monday. Why not.
