Anneke Bloomfield, a Holocaust survivor, will share her story as part of a Holocaust Remembrance Day event at Washington State University Vancouver from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday in the Dengerink Administration building, Room 129.

Bloomfield was 5 when World War II broke out. For safety, her family split up during the war. She will share her story of hiding and surviving until the war’s end.

The free, public event will include videos provided by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and personal Holocaust stories.

WSU Vancouver is at 14204 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave. Parking is available at parking meters or in the blue daily pay lot for $3.
