Officer says goodbye to a furry friend

East Precinct — Officer Doug Rickard said goodbye to his little furry friend last week. The Vancouver police officer and others in local law enforcement had a “shave off” on April 2 to ditch their mustaches, which they had been proudly sporting all last month during the “Mustache March” pledge drive for the American Cancer Society. The mustache men raised more than $4,000.
