PORTLAND’S CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY will perform a free concert at 7 p.m. Sunday at Grace Lutheran Church, 9900 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The concert, which includes a handbell ensemble, is part of Concordia’s annual spring tour. 360-892-7850.
