WASHINGTON (AP) — The Washington Mystics acquired backup center Quanitra Hollingsworth from the New York Liberty for a third-round pick in the WNBA draft.

The pick is the 25th overall in Monday’s draft.

The 6-foot-5 Hollingsworth, who played at VCU, will not join the Mystics until July, because she will be with the Turkish national basketball team at the European championship.

A first-round pick in the 2009 draft, Hollingsworth has averaged 3.9 points and 3.2 rebounds in three WNBA seasons with the Minnesota Lynx and Liberty. She has started two of 90 career games.
