NEW YORK (AP) — Chamois rallied to beat More Hundred Acre by a half-length Wednesday in the $67,000 allowance feature for 3-year-olds on the turf at Aqueduct.
Junior Alvarado guided the chestnut to a second straight win for trainer Christophe Clement. The time was 1:44.65 over the course rated good.
Chamois paid $11.20, $4.50 and $3.40 as the 9-2 third choice. More Hundred Acre, the 8-5 favorite, returned $3.30 and $2.70, and North Slope paid $3.10 to show.
