A Vancouver woman was injured in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday evening on state Highway 14.

Jennifer Fitzgibbon, 31, was driving a 1998 Honda Civic east on the highway with a defective right front tire, according to a bulletin issued by the Washington State Patrol.

About 8:30 p.m. near the Evergreen Boulevard exit, her vehicle veered to the right of the road and struck the barrier, then veered back across both lanes and struck the other barrier, the bulletin states.

Police say Fitzgibbon was injured and transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, where she is no longer listed as a patient.

No citations were issued.
