Battle Ground Main Street revitalization subject of presentation

Members of the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce will present information about the state’s Main Street Program for revitalizing historic downtowns. The meeting will be from 6 to 7 p.m. May 6 in the Battle Ground City Council Chambers, 109 S.W. First St. It will include a discussion on developing a Main Street Program in Battle Ground.

The program brings local businesses, the city, community volunteers and other stakeholders together to improve the economic, social and cultural landscape of a historic downtown. The Washington State Main Street Program follows the guidelines of the National Main Street Program.
