Hi! I’m Polly! I am a 3-year-old black and white domestic short hair. I came to the shelter as a stray and sadly no one came to reclaim me. Now with my extra toes and cute face I am ready to find someone that has enough heart to love me forever. I can be hissy towards other cats so I would prefer to be the only kitty, but feel like I could be enough kitty for you to love. Bring your kids on down and meet me and my extra toes today!

Hi there! My name is BoBo and I am a 5-year-old Great Dane. I am very laid back and like to spend my day lounging around being a couch potato. Being a big dog, I come with some big dog health problems. I have arthritis in my back hip and hypothyroid, which will need to be managed with medication for the rest of my life. I will need my new home to have a yard with a 6-foot-tall wood fence to keep me safe. Ask how to meet me today.

These pets are among those available for adoption from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, 1100 N.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver. The Humane Society is closed to the public on Mondays. Fees — which can include registered microchip, health exam, a spay or neuter certificate and vaccination — vary. Call 360-693-4746.
