ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) — The Oakland Raiders have selected Tennessee tight end Mychal Rivera with their third pick in the sixth round of the NFL draft.

Oakland took Rivera 184th overall on Saturday with a pick acquired earlier in the day from Houston. The Raiders traded the 176th pick they acquired from Arizona earlier this month for the pick for Rivera and a seventh-rounder.

Rivera caught 36 passes for 562 yards and five touchdowns last season for the Volunteers.

He is the second tight end added in the sixth round by the Raiders. They took Nick Kasa of Colorado 172nd overall. Oakland also took Central Florida running back Latavius Murray in the sixth round.

The Raiders had one more sixth round and two seventh-round picks remaining.
