Barrett Business Services Inc., Vancouver-based supplier of staffing and outsourced human resources services, said Monday that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 13 cents per share, to be paid June 7 to all stockholders of record as of May 24.

The company’s revenue is up 35 percent from $82.4 million in the first quarter of 2012. Barrett showed a net loss of $2.5 million, or 36 cents per share, in the first quarter of this year, but it ordinarily experiences first-quarter losses as payroll taxes rise at the beginning of every year.
