Have a knack for spotting weather? The National Weather Service is looking for you.

The weather service is seeking volunteers for one of its spring training sessions.

A training session will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Clark County Fire & Rescue Dollar Corner Station 26, 21609 N.E. 72nd Ave.

Weather spotters are considered the eyes and ears of the weather service and call in reports of weather-related issues happening at the ground level.

Anyone who wants to become a volunteer weather spotter or those who have already been weather spotters but want a refresher are asked to attend.
