EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — Kevin De Bruyne and Andre Schuerlle scored as Chelsea beat AC Milan 2-0 on Sunday to advance to the championship game of the International Champions Cup.

Chelsea will face Real Madrid in the title match at Miami on Wednesday night. AC Milan will take on the Los Angeles Galaxy in the third-place game earlier the same night.

De Bruyne put Chelsea on the scoreboard in the 29th minute as he took a pass from Eden Hazard, hit the crossbar and then knocked the rebound across inside the left post.

Schuerlle secured the win in the second minute of stoppage time, taking a pass from Victor Mosses from the left side and sending the ball inside the right post.
