Sun Devils’ confidence riding high

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Todd Graham changed nearly everything in his first season at Arizona State, from the styles of offense and defense to the players’ dress code.

The Sun Devils embraced Graham’s approach and put together a solid first season under their new coach, winning eight games and closing it out with a record-breaking rout over Navy in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl.

With that, Arizona State heads into this season with plenty of momentum.

The Sun Devils have a solid core of returning players, led by All-America defensive tackle Will Sutton and quarterback Taylor Kelly, a talented group of newcomers and the confidence of knowing Graham’s system works.

Arizona State also has created a buzz for the program, nationally and in the Valley of the Sun.
