Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Chinook Restorations has leased 21,575 square feet of industrial space at Vancouver Commerce Park, 11010 N.E. 37th Circle, Building 2, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord.

P & B Precision Grinding, specializing in custom and prototype machining for aerospace and high-tech industries, has leased 1,800 square feet of office and warehouse space at 12607 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver, from PI Investments. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented both parties.

Sea-Mar Community Health Center has purchased .31 of an acre at 7551 Delaware Lane, Vancouver, from Jeff and Rachelle Sparacio. The purchase price was $150,000. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
