Fourth International Festival full of food, music, dance

Maplewood — The fourth-annual Fourth Plain International Festival returned July 27 to Warrior’s Field at the corner of East Fourth Plain Boulevard and Norris Road. In addition to the usual smorgasbord of food and music from the diverse communities that live and work along Fourth Plain, highlights included the Hispanic Children’s Dance Group and line dance lessons.
