GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Florida has apparently cleared quarterback Jeff Driskel and reinstated suspended linebacker Antonio Morrison.

The school posted a photo on its Twitter page of Driskel throwing passes at practice Thursday, saying “Good to see No. 6 back out on the field in action tonight!”

Driskel missed the first week of fall practice following an appendectomy, but coach Will Muschamp expected him to return early in camp.

It had been less clear when Morrison would be back. But teammate Michael Taylor said Thursday that Morrison was in position meetings earlier in the day. Team officials declined comment, saying Muschamp will address everything Friday.

Morrison, a projected starter at middle linebacker, was suspended indefinitely last month following his second arrest in less than five weeks.
