WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (AP) — Kyle Busch won at Watkins Glen International on Sunday, atoning for a year ago when he lost a sure victory on the last lap.

On a two-lap dash to the finish in the caution-filled Sprint Cup race, Busch held off Brad Keselowski. Keselowski finished second in this race a third straight time.

Marcos Ambrose was on the pole and dominated, but his luck at The Glen finally ran out. He was seeking his third straight Cup win at the track.

Just past the halfway point of the 90-lap race he had to pit under caution after Busch had come in under green. That gave Busch the lead and he held on through a series of cautions over the final 39 laps.

The field didn’t have to worry about five-time Watkins Glen winner Tony Stewart. He is out indefinitely with a broken leg.
