STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — Mike Gundy believes Oklahoma State has some of the school’s best depth at wide receiver this season.

The Cowboys coach, who helped produce former first-round NFL Draft picks Dez Bryant and Justin Blackmon, says the school has as many as a dozen wide receivers who are capable of starting this season.

Oklahoma State also has a proven commodity in junior Josh Stewart, who finished last season with 101 catches for 1,210 yards and seven touchdowns. He did so despite catching passes from three different quarterbacks.

Gundy has yet to choose a starting quarterback in advance of the season opener against Mississippi State in Houston, and Stewart expects the team’s production at wide receiver to continue regardless of who is at quarterback.
