Sheriff’s office unit seeks mom suspected of fleeing with daughter, 3

The child recovery unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office wants help in locating a woman and her daughter. Sylvia Wilda, 39, is believed to have fled Clark County with her 3-year-old daughter, Kasia Hall.

Hall’s father, the girl’s custodial parent, has not had contact with her since November 2012.

According to a news release from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Wilda is believed to be concealing the child over a custody dispute.There is a felony warrant for Wilda’s arrest for custodial interference, as well as a restraining order on file that restricts Wilda from having contact with the girl.

There is also an order of assistance out of Marion County, Ore., directing that custody of the child be given to the child’s biological father.

Wilda may be living with the child in the Salem, Ore., area.

People with information about Wilda or the girl are asked to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 877- 274-6311.

All tips remain anonymous. The case number is S13-5896.

According to the news release, Wilda is 5 feet 5 inches and about 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes; Hall is 3 feet 6 inches and about 50 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
