Daniel Do, for a license to sell beer at Beyond Beauty Hair Nails & Tanning, 15640 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Suite 116, Vancouver.

Randall G. Thornsley, Paul J. Rogers and Adam G. Thornsley, for a license to sell beer and wine at Liberty Theatre, 311 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas.

Willem P. Klitsie and Kathryn L. Janke, for a license to sell beer and wine at Willem’s on Main, 907 Main St., Vancouver.

Sharon L. White, for a license to sell beer and wine at Fouresse, 2311 Main St., Vancouver.

Cost Plus Inc., for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine, and to have beer and wine tastings at Cost Plus World Market, 16801 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Guo N. Zhu and Song M. Zeng, for a license to sell beer and wine at Chinese Cafe Restaurant, 1807 Main St., Washougal.
