Esther Short: The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce welcomes Altrusa International of Clark County to the fold.

Esther Short — Altrusa International of Clark County, a community service club that promotes literacy, has joined the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the Cameo Cafe in the Clark County administration building Aug. 15.
