MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward Quincy Pondexter has a stress fracture in his right foot that will keep him out indefinitely.
The Grizzlies announced Pondexter underwent an MRI on Monday that revealed the severity of his injury. Pondexter, who is 6-foot-6, hurt his foot Saturday in a 108-82 loss to the Golden State Warriors.
The 25-year-old Pondexter was averaging 6.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 18 minutes per game this season.
