Letter: Board’s integrity lacks sincerity

The Columbian
Published: December 10, 2013, 4:00pm

Seems the M&M boys (Clark County Commissioners David Madore and Tom Mielke) are going to define “integrity” with a 13-page nonbinding resolution. Thanks for my morning laugh.

The M&M boys, who have shown no integrity with the Don Benton appointment as director of the county’s environmental services, now expect to teach others what it means. It’s the height of hypocrisy. No matter, as Commissioner Steve Stuart pointed out, it wasted taxpayer money, time, will anger other agencies, and continue the exodus of good people.

Election time cannot be too soon.
