Carol Shelley was listed in critical condition Tuesday evening at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. The 54-year-old Tacoma woman was injured two weeks ago during a collision on Interstate 205 southbound.

On Dec. 4, a Hyundai Elantra struck her pickup head-on just north of Padden Parkway. The driver of the Elantra, Craig Johnson, 47, died at the scene. Shelley has been in critical condition at the hospital ever since.

Trooper Will Finn, spokesman for the Washington State Patrol, said the agency doesn’t have any new information to release regarding the circumstances of the collision. The cause is still under investigation.
