The Chiefs also signed wide receiver Fred Williams and tight end Jake Byrne to the practice squad, released wide receiver Jheranie Boyd from the practice squad and placed tight end Demetrius Harris on the practice squad injured reserve list.

Williams spent two years in the Arena Football League, while Byrne has played in seven games this season for the Houston Texans.
