BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) — Jehvon Clarke had 14 points and eight assists to lead Bowling Green over Detroit 64-62 on Sunday.

Clarke made a 3-pointer to give Bowling Green a 60-58 lead with 3:21 left and the Falcons (6-5) never trailed from there. The win moves Bowling Green above .500 for the first time since winning the season opener.

Anthony Henderson led the Falcons with 15 points and Richaun Holmes added 13.

Holmes made 1 of 2 free throws to extend the Bowling Green lead to 64-62 and Detroit (5-8) missed two shots in the final seconds — a 3-pointer by Matthew Grant to win the game and a putback jumper by Juwan Howard Jr. to tie it.

Howard Jr. led Detroit with 17 points and Anton Wilson had 16. Evan Bruinsma added 10 rebounds but his fifth turnover with 23 seconds left forced the Titans to foul to extend the game.
