PISCATAWAY, N.J. (AP) — Myles Mack hit a 3-pointer from the top of the arc with 3.5 seconds left to give Rutgers a 75-72 victory over Army Sunday.

Mack had 18 points and seven assists for the Scarlet Knights (6-7), who have won two straight for the first time since beating Yale and Canisius Nov. 14-18. Wally Judge had 16 points and seven rebounds, D’Von Campbell added 12 points and Junior Etou grabbed 11 rebounds.

Sophomore Kyle Wilson had a career-high 29 points for the Black Knights (3-7), including a 3-pointer to tie the game at 72-72 with 34 seconds left. Josh Herbeck added 12 points and Tanner Plomb had 11 for Army, which lost for the first time in three games.

After Wilson’s 3 tied it, Rutgers did not call timeout. Jerome Seagears held the ball near midcourt then found Mack two feet behind the arc and the guard drained it.
