Knicks Carmelo Anthony leaves with sprained ankle

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — New York forward Carmelo Anthony left the Knicks’ game with the Orlando Magic with a sprained left ankle.

Anthony was carrying the Knicks with 19 points on Monday night before leaving with the injury with 7:26 left in the third quarter.

Without him, the Magic cut the Knicks’ lead to just 84-76 entering the final period.

New York has been dealing with injuries throughout the season, and just got back starting point guard Raymond Felton on Monday.
