SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Denzel Livingston and Kyle Hittle led Incarnate Word to a 102-73 win over Huston-Tillotson on Monday night.

After a nearly two-week layoff, the University of Incarnate Word (12-1) looked fresh and led Huston-Tillotson by dominating the paint and scoring more than 60 points inside the key while outrebounding the Rams nearly two to one.

Incarnate Word and the NAIA member Rams met earlier in the season on Nov. 16 in Austin with UIW grabbing a narrow 85-78 win.

The Cardinals showed no mercy in this meeting making over 60 percent of their shots from the field while holding Huston-Tillotson to nearly 30 percent shooting. The Cardinals led 50-39 at the half en route to 29 point win.

Incarnate Word has now won six straight games and opens its Southland Conference schedule against Southeastern Louisiana on Jan. 9.
