ROUEN, France (AP) — Michael Llodra and Richard Gasquet won their reverse singles in straight sets on Sunday as France completed a 5-0 rout of Israel in their first-round Davis Cup match.

Llodra had helped France win Saturday’s doubles and had little trouble beating Noam Okun 6-3, 7-6 (5), before Gasquet followed up his win in Friday’s opening singles with a comfortable 6-4, 6-3 win against Amir Weintraub.

France will travel to Argentina in the quarterfinals in April.

Julien Benneteau helped Llodra win the doubles, while Jo-Wilfried Tsonga won in singles on Friday to score the other point in captain Arnaud Clement’s debut since taking over from Guy Forget.
