SEATTLE — The FBI suspected that robbers who hit a Kirkland bank last December were members of a Los Angeles gang that targeted banks across the country and left town by bus.

Agents staked out Greyhound bus terminals and arrested five people in Olympia when they attempted to board a bus for LA.

KING reports that charging documents for a hearing in federal court Thursday identified the suspects as members of the Four-Tre Crips gang.

The judge ruled that prosecutors have probable cause to proceed to trial.
