HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. (AP) — Jonathan Arledge finished with 20 points, and Erik Copes added a double-double as George Mason blew out Hofstra 79-60 Wednesday night.
Arledge was 7 of 10 from the field and Copes went 3-for-5 shooting with 11 points and a game-high 10 boards to help the Patriots (16-11, 9-6 Colonial Athletic Association) outrebound Hofstra 40-33.
The Pride (6-22, 3-12) made 4 of 27 shots (14.8 percent) in the first half and trailed 32-19 at halftime.
George Mason led by as many as 32 points, when Anali Okoloji’s layup made it 70-38 with 7:12 left to play.
