JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Travis Wallace scored 17 points and Charles McRoy added a double-double off the bench as North Florida snapped a four-game losing streak to East Tennessee State with a 77-64 victory Thursday night.

McRoy had 16 points and 10 rebounds while Beau Beech added 14 points and Parker Smith 11 for North Florida (11-17, 6-9 Atlantic Sun Conference).

The Ospreys’ senior class has now won 55 games, tying the school record set by the 2004 and 2005 graduating classes.

In an 89-75 loss to ETSU (9-20, 7-9) on Jan. 26, North Florida led by as many as 17 points in the first half before the Buccaneers scored a season-high 56 second-half points in a comeback win.

The Ospreys again jumped ahead Thursday, leading 33-21 at halftime, and this time around, ETSU never threatened.

Jarvis Jones and Rashawn Rembert each scored 16 points for ETSU.
