DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Kurt Busch is hoping to make the most of his latest fresh start.

Busch has signed with Furniture Row Racing for 2013 and will start 11th in Sunday’s Daytona 500. Busch has long mixed combustible behavior with checkered flag contention.

The NASCAR star is starting for his third team in three seasons following stops with Penske Racing and Phoenix Racing.

Busch’s prodigious talent has never been doubted, with 24 career Cup wins and the 2004 championship etched on his resume.

He just hopes he can keep his cool when the pressure builds.
