Health worker report

The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In December, the Secretary of Health withdrew the October 2012 statement of charges against registered nursing assistant Amy Raelynne Comella, also known as Amy Raelynne Ross.

In December, the Physical Therapy Board released physical therapist Gary J. Maguire from terms and conditions set against his license.
