No. 25 Nebraska beats Wisconsin 70-52

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Lindsey Moore scored 26 points and made five 3-pointers and Jordan Hooper added 14 points to lead No. 25 Nebraska to a 70-52 victory against Wisconsin on Wednesday night.

Emily Cady had 13 points and 14 rebounds for the Cornhuskers (11-3, 1-0 Big Ten).

Cassie Rochel had 15 points and 10 rebounds and Jacki Gulczynski added 13 points for the Badgers (8-6, 0-1).

Gulczynski’s 3-pointer got Wisconsin within 46-42 in the second half, but Moore and Hooper hit baskets from behind the arc to key a 14-4 run

Moore’s jumper made it 60-44 with 5:50 remaining.

Nebraska shot 12 of 27 (44.4 percent) from 3-point range.
