Girls basketball: Skyview 70, Camas 47

Three Storm players scored in double figures, and high-scoring second and fourth quarters made the difference in the 4A GSHL league opener at Skyview.

Aubrey Ward-El had 16 points, Gen Lo 15 and Cassie Swartz 14 for the Storm.

Skyview (5-6) outscored Camas 23-15 in the second quarter to lead by eight points at halftime. A 23-6 fourth quarter edge allowed the Storm to win by a comfortable margin.

For Camas (4-5), Sierra Brown had 12 points and Lauren Neff scored 10.

SKYVIEW — Stephanie McDonagh 9, Aubrey Ward-El 16, Cassie Swartz 14, Gen Lo 15, Meggan Rakoz 1, Neesen Bristow 6, Hannahjoy Adams 9, Carli Fultz 0, Megan Condon 0, Tiana Klutz 0, Marissa Wellington 0. Totals 24 (7) 15-22 70.
