PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Temple has made a habit of knocking off some of the nation’s elite.

The Owls have beaten a top-10 team while unranked for five straight seasons. They extended that streak last month with a win over then-No. 3 Syracuse at Madison Square Garden.

The Owls have their toughest test of the season Sunday when they play No. 6 Kansas at Allen Fieldhouse.

Kansas and Temple are two of the six programs that have won at least 1,800 games.

Temple will have its hands full as it tries to beat its second top-10 team of the season. Kansas has won 29 straight games at Allen Fieldhouse and 62 straight against non-conference teams on its home floor.
