Wells Fargo Bank has awarded Columbia Springs Environmental Education Center a $2,500 grant to support its environmental education programming for schoolchildren in Clark County, according to a news release from Columbia Springs. At the organization’s 100-acre nature preserve, more than 3,500 elementary students explore and learn about ecosystems, landforms and conservation practices. The center is at 12208 S.E. Evergreen Highway, under the Interstate 205 bridge.
